Jane Rutter

Jane Rutter is established as one of Australia’s most brilliant and versatile flautists.Flute Queen and Number 1 Adventurous Classical artist, Jane is one of the few classical flautists in the world with the ability to cross over successfully into jazz and pop.

All of her solo albums have entered the FM pop charts. Jane attended the Sydney Conservatorium of Music High School, studying with Margaret Crawford and Michael Scott after which she was awarded a French government scholarship to study in Paris with Alain Marion and Jean-Pierre Rampal.
