Magician Neo is renowned for his powerful performance style coupled with his fascinating and ever charismatic stage presence. A highly skilled and captivating illusionist, Korean-born Magician Neo specializes in stage magic, mentalism and close-up magic.

Born in Seoul, Korea with a relentless enthusiasm and curiosity for the magic of life itself, Magician Neo began formally exploring his passion in the arena of theatrical arts at age 16 when he commenced his study of acting, dance, back stage production, directing, among other aspects of the magical discipline.  Utilising his acquired skills and training, Neo began touring throughout Korea performing as an illusionist, professional dancer, and director.

Possessing a vast and extensive range of professional experience ranging from guest appearances on Korean TV Channels EBS, SBS and MBC, to performing at corporate functions, events, weddings, cruises and dinner parties, Neo’s exceptional illusionist skills have taken him across the globe from Korea, to the United States of America, and in recent years, to Australia.

Neo has previously performed for multinational corporations such as Hyundai, conducted a class on Korean TV Show ‘Magic English’, guest starred in the Gala Show at The Busan International Magic Festival (Korea’s largest magic festival), and staged his very own
illusionist show at The International Train Exhibition in Dallas in the U.S.A .  Since 2009, Magician Neo’s career has brought him to Sydney, Australia where, in addition to performing his spectacular illusionist show and close-up work, Neo has been showcasing a traditional Chinese face changing magic trick called ‘Bian Lian’, which is the only act of its kind in Australia to date.  

Magician Neo’s captivating Face Changing act is based upon a traditional Chinese magic originating in Si-chun, China. Magician Neo performs this magic by adorning himself in lavish Chinese costume and within the blink of an eye, changing his face several times right before the eyes of his breath-taken audience.
