Moondance
Moondance are an ensemble that is very versatile and they have a diverse and flexible repertoire, highly suitable for corporate theme nights and parties. Very few groups can cover 400 years of music in a night and do it so well!
Medieval minstrel, classical string quartet, swing jazz combo, a little Rhumba, Australian and Celtic folk group or party dance band – Moondance can be all these things. Perhaps it would be easier to list what they don’t do! I.e. esoteric, modern Jazz, Rave, Techno, Death Metal or anything requiring computers.
The core of Moondance comprises of three of Sydney’s finest musicians – Kathy Bluff (violin and vocals), Pete Malone (acoustic guitar and vocals) and Paul Burjan (saxophones, flute and whistles). They are perfect for dinner functions, weddings, galleries and cocktail parties.
