Making Whoopee Duo

Making Whoopee is an exceptional duo consisting of Tony King and Kris Ralph. With both male and female vocals, two guitars and plenty of sequencing to ensure a very full sound, one is convinced the band is much larger than a duo.

Tony is an accomplished Composer, electric and acoustic guitarist, a fine Bass player and is gifted with a smooth creamy voice.In 1988 Tony produced an album of his original songs, the result was a beautifully recorded soulful piece titled "After The Tone".

Kris Ralph is an accomplished Singer/Actor who plays guitar, percussion and writes songs. She studied Jazz at the Conservatorium of Music. As a session singer in Sydney Kris has featured on the Buddy Album and as backing vocalist on Read My Lips and Sexy Is The Word for Melissa Tkautz.

In 1993 Makin Whoopee wrote and produced a CD titled "Moonlight Cactus" which has sold out by word of mouth. 1997 saw the completion of "Full Of The Moon".The album was reviewed by Drum Media who reported "Hauntingly Beautiful … together they have combined their talents to produce a stunning array of diverse songs.The Album smiles with an infectious and eclectic energy.It's fun, its catchy and it has a confident mix of elements taking melodic pop, folk funk and Jazz tunes.
